Terms of service

By placing an order with us, you agree to our purchase, return, and care policies. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade using real preserved flowers, which means no two items will ever be exactly alike and that is part of what makes them special. Natural variations in flower shape, color tones, and placement may occur.

Most pieces are made to order and require approximately 3 weeks for production. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time. For special dates or events, we kindly recommend placing your order early or contacting us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified. To keep your piece beautiful for years to come, please avoid direct sunlight, heat, and humidity; and clean it gently with a dry cloth only.
