Our pieces are handmade with care and often made especially for you, we only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong piece. Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue and help you as quickly as possible.
