Shipping policy

Most of our pieces are handmade to order; production usually take around 3 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

For orders using your own flowers, we recommend sending the blooms within 1 to 2 days after your event and keeping them hydrated and cool until they reach us.

For special dates, gifts, or events, please order early or contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.
